1) When performing an Add / Drop simply go to the “My Team”, “Add / Drop” menu. You will see a Player Search box to type the last name of the player to add. This will list all players with that name. Just click on a name and that is your Player to Add. Go to your Roster and you will see a Minus mark next to each player. Click the Minus mark and this will become the Player to Drop. You will next go to the Bid Box and add your bid amount. Click on “Submit” to lock your transaction. If you win your bid, the transaction will be performed.
2) If you have a DL or ML player that DOES show on CBS, the process is similar to the Add / Drop in No. 1. Go to the same page "My Team", "Add / Drop" menu. You do the Add the same in as No. 1. Instead of hitting the Minus to drop your player, click on the DL or ML that is next to the Minus. This will alert the system to put your player on the DL or ML if you win the bid rather than dropping him. You will then put a Zero in your bid amount. Be sure and click on "Submit" to lock your transaction. You may bid on multiple replacement players using the same DL/ML player each time. The first one the system will process is the one at the top of your list. If you win that one, it does not go to the next one. If you lose the first one, it will then process the second one. == Be aware that you do not have to bid zero when moving a player to the DL / ML. You may bid an amount higher than zero. In this case, if you win the player, it would count as one of your twelve moves for the year and the players would not be linked.
3) If you have a DL or ML player that DOES NOT show on the "My Team" page but does show on a Player Transaction Page, you may still move him to the DL or ML. You will perform the add as listed above, do not drop the player, bid a zero amount and hit “Submit”. You may only bid on one player, not multiple ones. If you win the player, post a message on the CBS message board asking the Commish to move the player to the DL / ML for you. If you make multiple bids to insure you win one replacement player, all players won will be dropped from your team and the move reversed. No Move will be charged against your 12 for the year.
