Proposal One -- by Jim -- Presently we have two moves a week not counting DL or ML moves. This is to establish extra moves for special circumstances. == If we have used our two FAAB moves and a "Hot Player" is brought up from the Minors, we can not bid on him. This proposal is to create an exception for that "Hot Player" so that an Owner can bid on him even if the two weekly moves are already used.
"Any bid on a player that is at least $50, does not count as a weekly move."
Proposal Two -- by Jim -- Presently when we Poach a player, the first Owner to claim him on the Message Board gets him. This leads to disputes on who is first and is unfair to Owners who are not available to claim the player. This proposal will alter the way players are Poached.
"When a player has been on the Fantasy DL or ML for two Mondays at 8 PM after his NL team activates him, he may be Poached. Any Owner can post a Message asking the Commish to drop the player so that he can be bid on in the next day's FAAB."
Rule Change Annoucement -- We are having our Draft after the season starts for the first time in many years. When we had Weekly Transactions, there was a rule that DL Replacement players picked at the Draft would receive stats starting from the next stat period and not from the start of the season. Since we have Daily Transactions now, this will no longer apply and all players picked at the Draft will receive stats from the start of the season.
